This used to be a great company to work for. The pay was not the best, but the culture made up for that. It was a team and we all contributed towards the common goal of making the company great. All that ended when the current "leadership" rolled in. Went from "on target" to barely 70% in sales.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is helpful and collaborate with one another. Sadly, most have been cut already. Not much knowledge is left.
