What do you like best about the leadership team?The CEO is passionate about the mission of the business and sets a great example of work ethic and a positive company culture. We all know where we are going, and why it is important to get there. The company is growing quickly. And I got a good stock option award which has been upgraded twice.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everybody is rowing in the same direction

What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company needs to increase the size of their team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership bullies team members and encourages group think. Leadership needs to learn to treat team members better and not create a poker game out of everything.
