Rather than pivoting every 2 minutes, wait to see how decisions play out. And when employees ask for change, enact it, don't decide to be slow on making changes then.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The confusion around RSUs is counter to all the other values which are great at Quick Base. The restricted sharing and lack of clear communication about them makes you feel like you are just an employee.

It would be nice to have monthly perks for reaching certain goals or whatnot. Maybe a way to earn something to cash in for a gift card. Knowing that I am paid competitively would be good too.
Commission plans are not clear or obtainable. This makes the OTE more than difficult to obtain.
