What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team has definitely had some obstacles over the last 10 months, but they're always transparent about whats going on and what they're doing to continue fixing it. Nothing is going to happen overnight, and most people that submit negative reviews fall under that category.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. They dont care about their employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The CEO doesnt care about its employees. He sends a weekly email trying to update people but he hides a lot of things
