What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to genuinely care about people, we're never referred to as dehumanized resources. They listen to our current customer base and try help maximize their successes.

They are extremely brilliant, hyper-focused, customer-centric, and business-savvy leaders. Its extremely hard to find this level of dedication to their customers, as well as their employees!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Options and health insurance are good
Unlimited PTO. Minimum 2 weeks must be taken AND 4 weeks is the average taken. Good positive social pressure to use your vacation. No race to the bottom for prestige or status.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart amd most have storage experience
I work with multiple teams and they all have a deep commitment to doing the best work they can. Even on 'boring' non-challenging things they are serious about doing the best version of that work. They know it's all for the customers' successes.
They are equal parts collaborative and capable

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Embracing and welcoming the whole self of people there. Individual coaching is available in addition to mentorship and growth opportunity if you choose to take them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I've been here lots of years so it's changed a lot, so my experience is not relevant to the improved process currently in place.
Not arbitrary. Real world, straight forward questions with a high expectation of the answer. We care about the steps and the thought process more than the esoteric knowledge

What makes you most happy at work?
Sharing ideas and working with smart people
I love the preference for working in teams in person. The social connections. We have broad interests and share them through multitudes of Slack channels and keep in communication and support and encouragement about the things that people are into.
Celebrating my successes with my teammates... and triaging my failures
