What is the best part about your compensation package?

A budget to sponsor employees to upskill and learn (e.g. attending conferences, completing online courses, book resources)

Flexible scheduling | working from home

For a seed-stage startup (at the time I joined), the compensation is fair--far from what I could get in a corporate setting, but enough to have a modest day-to-day life.

Compensation for co-working space and further education.
