- What did you like most about the interview process?Technical questions were in balance with the general questions.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone at operational level cooperates and coordinates with each other in a positive manner.
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team is devoted to their jobs. The members coordinate with each other more often during the work. It ultimately helps the juniors to facilitate from the experiences of senior team members but there is a need to retain senior engineers to avoid pressure cooker situation for those working.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am from Khi, Pakistan. As we are still working from home, management needs to look into the working hours of employees, specially female employees. We are not designated any fixed hours and overtime is a regular feature of our job. I need to be paid for overtime, otherwise needs to get rid of it.
