Communication. The pedal assist on my new bike (August 2023) has only worked intermittently since receiving. No help yet from Rad though I was told a representative would call me....not!!
Great value for the product.
Rad Power Bikes is growing so quickly: some departments (such as customer experience) have tripled in the last year. With fast growth comes a lot of changes... it could be overwhelming, but instead I'm engaged and never bored. Ebikes are the future, and I love being a part of this revolution.
