Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership closest to me is approachable and accountable. The C-Suite level folks that I've interacted with have been kind and informative as well, though I haven't had much experience working with them as individuals.
It's Growing and becoming more diverse

Recognizing that their employees are human beings
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we get a free ebike for working with the company. And finally, they added a 401k match this year! 4% of our salary, hooray. The benefits aren't perfect yet (for example, we don't get the day after Thanksgiving as a paid holiday) but I trust that the company will continue to add more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Years of life, work, education, and experience are all evaluated as nothing. This company just wants cheap labor

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative, Supportive and fun.
Positive attitude, diverse, works together effectively
My team is full of kind, accountable, incredibly smart and funny people. I've worked on two different teams in my tenure with Rad, and I can say that every single individual was someone I enjoyed interacting with. They really do hire the best people!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
See me as a human being who needs food and shelter
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how if someone confesses that they made a mistake, the team instantly rallies to find a solution. Rather than getting stuck on the part about "who's fault it is," we're a team and we don't throw anyone under the bus. I love that.

Recognition of humanness and pay that reflects that
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was actually interviewed by two different people at the same time, to see which of their departments I would be a better fit for. I liked that.
It was laid back and relaxed

Ask meaningful engaging passionate questions. Or just be honest that you're looking for cheap labor
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a part of a thriving, fast-growing industry that helps people feel more connected to the environment and each other, and helps them be healthier and mentally-well. There's so many benefits to riding bikes, and our product changes people's lives!
