What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Maybe if the pay was better and the traing was better.

I wasnt appreciated enough got black balled while i was there. They didnt even give me a chance to explain my side of the story

A livable wage would make me feel better about my compensation.

Extremely undervalued and peak pay since we're working so much more

Undervalued because nothing has changed like they promised. I'd feel better if they didn't take $3 dollars off our pay.

Maybe better pay and treating the employees better

At every emphasis the white people let black know that they are not wanted. When they do convert someone black they create a way to get rid of them.

I asked for the lead job at peak season and I was told that we would not have one. The next day they brought back someone, a man that had walked out of Radial months before. I am expected to train all Packers that come in . I'm glad to do it but I am not paid for it. I do things the lead should do.

Under paid would feel better with a raise
