Everything theyre so lazy all they do is sit down in front of a fan all day long horrible worst leadership ive ever seen

Nobody cares about the workers!! We are talked to ad though we have no brain and are beneath them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits start quickly within a month of employment
The benefits are good, but could use some improvement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe if the pay was better and the traing was better.
I wasnt appreciated enough got black balled while i was there. They didnt even give me a chance to explain my side of the story
A livable wage would make me feel better about my compensation.
Undervalued because nothing has changed like they promised. I'd feel better if they didn't take $3 dollars off our pay.

The coworkers are the team. They are friendly and work well as a unit. While the lead and supervisor sit most of the shift.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its not he company it is the empoyees that make the enviroment positive. The production workers that is.

Everything needs to improve from management to the employees
We need better training in all departments, need leads and supervisors to know and understand their role for the company and for upper management to listen to the employees bc we're the one's who are out there every day so it would make sense for them to listen to our needs.
