How flexible is your work schedule at Radial?
It was very flex-able for me, but it would depend on your manager and your job. People came in, had lunch, and left at different times.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Radial?
It took a long time, about a month - but that was when they were owned by eBay. There were a lot of logistic hoops to jump through. Everybody I interviewed with has been laid off. I also was laid off.
What should I wear for an interview at Radial?
I would dress up for it.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Radial?
The interview was not difficult. I do not remember the hardest question. I had a technical telephone interview, and the real interview was not super technical.
How secure do you feel at your job at Radial?
It is impossible to feel secure at a job at Radial. They have a history of massive layoffs at all levels. If you are looking for job security this is not the place to work.
