There is no reward for doing a good job or maintaining a good atmosphere. The only time the leadership team is there is when a tech needs to be disciplined.
There is no time management and scheduling is horrible. Scheduling from the Midwest for appointments in the Northeast is highly unintuitive. This creates discrepancies in appointments and results in patients getting aggravated.
I feel undervalued because I was hired on the basis that I would be recognized. There is no recognition. Nobody in the company knows you, nor do they care to know you. Maybe, if I got paid better and had better benefits, I would not be complaining as much.
