i love coming to work and I love working with my coworkers. workers who show up to work and been with radnet longer than 4 years should get compensated more vs new people coming in. This is more than a job for them and if given more task they would do them with a smile on their face.

As far as our regional goes, he is great !
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the site level, we are treated with kindness, our Manager is considerate, kind and family oriented. She is positive and always provides great feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like a wear many hats in my current site, I never say no to anything that needs to be done. I excel at task and im able to prioritize. when it comes to pay I dont think higher management takes into consideration the reliability , they see titles across the board.
