What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has room to grow and no judgement zone
Everyone is relatively new so we have fresh eyes on the business. The company has scored top professionals for the executive team. Exciting time to be a part of the company with these people helping steer course during a crazy time in retail.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Connecting with their employees, providing the correct tools and product, and hiring the correct people.
Toxic. Dysfunctional. Ineffective. Uninspiring. Inexperienced. Lacking vision, talent, people management, and empathy skills across the board.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO and generous clothing allowance
The pto and clothes allowance is generous
base salaries seem competitive here. PTO days are very generous as is the clothing allowance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload for management is not equal to compensation.
Under market rates for most. Grossly overpaid for the loudest people and lateral hires with no proven results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My personal team is wonderful. I hired a great group who work hard and cohesively.
Hardworking and eager to learn. Motivated even when not rewarded for exceptional performance
Everyone leaves there ego at the door!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lacking drive, talent, standards, strategic thinking. People are entitled without any accompanying work ethic or sense of responsibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work directly for me and the corporate partners (VM, allocations)
Everyone is exciting to work at rag & bone. You have an affinity for the brand before joining usually so it is fun to all work together!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Extremely toxic. Full of gossip and mistrust. No sense of team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The leader who I interviewed with at the time was incredible. However, this person was pushed out as they were too vocal in favor of their people.
Thourough. Full time process can sometimes be lengthy

Being around and molding future leaders
The people, hands down. Everyone wants to see each other do well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more focus on the employees and culture. There needs to be depth in product.
Leadership needs to be completely overhauled. Company needs smart strategic direction and turnaround plan.
