What did you like most about the interview process?The leader who I interviewed with at the time was incredible. However, this person was pushed out as they were too vocal in favor of their people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people who work directly for me and the corporate partners (VM, allocations)
What are some of the best things about your team?My personal team is wonderful. I hired a great group who work hard and cohesively.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There needs to be more focus on the employees and culture. There needs to be depth in product.
