I think I've had a lot of growth within this company! I wish I had more time to dig deeper within clients' pages! I've just trying to meet the requirement of 2-4 posts while juggling all the incoming emails! I would also suggest there be more training!

Always can come to them if I need anything!

The team is very friendly, always willing to help or drop everything to help with an email, caption, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can always ask questions! We're all in the same boat, and we all need help creating a creative, fun caption every once in and while! Nice to talk with them and see how they're doing as well!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think with the number of clients that I total; I often feel very overwhelmed just to get the minimum posts for clients. I make sure to go above and beyond for all my clients. At one time, I had 80 clients, and I felt undervalued when it came to my compensation.
