What do you like best about the leadership team?
Goal oriented but flexible and adaptable too. They also work on creating career paths to help retain talent.
Easy to approach and talk to. Always understanding and have our best interest at heart.
The leadership team promotes an environment that allows for open communication. They listen to feedback and do everything they can to help you be successful with your role.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incremental raises to adjust for cost of living, retirement plan
I believe if the company improved their employee benefits and promoted yearly bonuses/salary increases, I would feel better about the compensation we receive.

I think with the number of clients that I total; I often feel very overwhelmed just to get the minimum posts for clients. I make sure to go above and beyond for all my clients. At one time, I had 80 clients, and I felt undervalued when it came to my compensation.

It would be nice to have a retirement account.
I don't feel undervalued. Although monetary compensation is important, I feel upper management would give out bonuses when financials are at a better place.

They are very team oriented and friendly. They work well together. They encourage and push each other to do better.

Everyone on the team supports one another and is always there to lend a helping hand. It is a lively group who can truly make the workday more enjoyable, both virtually and in person.

You get to talk to everyone in that department
