Incremental raises to adjust for cost of living, retirement plan

I believe if the company improved their employee benefits and promoted yearly bonuses/salary increases, I would feel better about the compensation we receive.

I think with the number of clients that I total; I often feel very overwhelmed just to get the minimum posts for clients. I make sure to go above and beyond for all my clients. At one time, I had 80 clients, and I felt undervalued when it came to my compensation.

I don't feel undervalued. Although monetary compensation is important, I feel upper management would give out bonuses when financials are at a better place.
