Part time Associates are overworked and are focen the reaponsibilities of higher positions. Alot of micro managing it feels like i cant breathe at work or do my own thing
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are mostly Friendly and welcoming. I do enjoy my days better knowing when i know certain people will come to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manager could imrpove on working as a team. Sometimes it seems like a manager is making it harder for other associates to make there day easier
What makes you most happy at work?
The very few associates that make the day easy and fun. Many are new which is understandable. When we work as team and help each other out makes it a fun and toleranle work enviroment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been with this company for a while now and i am getting paid less than new associates. I am always chosen to complete tasks and i get them done. It feels as if im the only one doing anything some days. Ive pulled through for the team so many times im starting to lose motivation to come into work
