What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Comply with our understanding of a fair and equal oportunities company. It is not equal when there are favorites. Member who violate policies do it with impunity. My integrity was question by one of the leaders with no other reason that complaine about the violations and lock of intefrity, regular.

Our team is composed by young, people with a lots of dreams. With real leadership we could achieve sky high. Only by standard training our team we make big changes for the operation to improve. Inforcing policies would be a big better. Pay the tailors better and makes us part of the team.
