Apparel Men Leaders have demonstrate a commitment to change and model the behaviors that are positive and inclusive. everyone is afraid of the heads

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership in the creative director design apparel VP Heads do not help the apparel teams, they are too in the weeds looking at numbers and finances, versus helping the workers innovate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

technical apparel designer are the leaders in making sure apparel is ready for mass production, yet we do not get a yearly merit bonus of 2.5% to 3% plus a yearly compensation bonus like other companies like Adidas, Google, Meta or Nike.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

coworkers in the design and tech apparel side need better etiquette on basic professional skills, like how to send a friendly email, basic greeting, politeness, taking time to ask colleagues how they are doing and how to help. coworkers are not happy in their apparel PM or TD roles, it's sad
