The leadership in the creative director design apparel VP Heads do not help the apparel teams, they are too in the weeds looking at numbers and finances, versus helping the workers innovate.

technical apparel designer are the leaders in making sure apparel is ready for mass production, yet we do not get a yearly merit bonus of 2.5% to 3% plus a yearly compensation bonus like other companies like Adidas, Google, Meta or Nike.

I believe the remuneration is too low. I'm a part time employee and feel that the hourly pay is too low.

I am undervalued as an employee with no promotion, cents for raises, and no bonuses are offered. No room for growth for my career too. It would be better if PD worked with employees on growth within the company and making them feel valued.

I wish the commissions were managed better

coworkers in the design and tech apparel side need better etiquette on basic professional skills, like how to send a friendly email, basic greeting, politeness, taking time to ask colleagues how they are doing and how to help. coworkers are not happy in their apparel PM or TD roles, it's sad

Be less reactive, less blaming, less time working on covering their sides, basically more collaborative. Most like to not go the extra step

Comply with our understanding of a fair and equal oportunities company. It is not equal when there are favorites. Member who violate policies do it with impunity. My integrity was question by one of the leaders with no other reason that complaine about the violations and lock of intefrity, regular.

I was held against my word when i said i could work all week all days diring the Black Friday season. I was hired as a seasonal cashier but they decided to keep me.

RL needs a organized interview process, with expectations, an outline shared from HR to the interviewer, a giftcard to the RL store
