Honored their words when they said that they treat employees with respect and they want to make sure they grow and achieve high level of success. Quite frankly this company don't want people to grow and have a future, they just want the job done , pay rate is horrible, fiasco and corrupt people.

Was paid significantly under market value and expected to be accessible 24/7. Work-life balance is non-existant. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. CEO doesn't believe in PTO
Give fair wages to those whom it applies! Quality of work, certification and work attitude are just a few qualities not recognize and look passed for family ties and overall poor attitude towards paying workers.
An honest, accurate employee performance review, per the company policy. Raises and incentives are forbidden.

Just being able to express my professional growth plan and being given precise goals.
The recruiter is honest and professional.
The interview had good and bad, it was introduce as a positive atmosphere and reassurance of quality work. Than once inside everything flip on its head from broken promises to down right lies!

In the field Randall is the laughing stock! Other companies literally say good luck when working for this company. Unfortunately it cant get more self explanatory than that!
Accounting practices are out of kilter first off. Then it's just the culture and attitude of the company itself.
Pay the bills when due instead of hiding the checks in the drawers for months on end having to tell customers the checks aren't signed and which don't ever be signed until February that were wrote in October.
Sincerely the last 4 years had been a nightmare
