What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO cares about professional growth among the Company.
All abour work all the tine
Immediate leadership was ok, top leadership was not
They genuinely care about each employee and are invested in seeing everyone have the opportunity to advance.
They define were they want to go and allow us to get there!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, team work, stop undercutting system.
Listening to team members and subordinates
Accepting different races it seems as they are looking non white employees
Honored their words when they said that they treat employees with respect and they want to make sure they grow and achieve high level of success. Quite frankly this company don't want people to grow and have a future, they just want the job done , pay rate is horrible, fiasco and corrupt people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is well balanced with Medical benefits 401K and other perks.
Maintain continuous review of salaries according to projects
I feel safe and satisfied for myself & my family.
It is a total benefits package that looks out for the health and welfare as well as compensation for hard work.
That I know if I come to work everyday focused with a positive attitude, i’ll never have to worry about job security and being compensated accordingly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was paid significantly under market value and expected to be accessible 24/7. Work-life balance is non-existant. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. CEO doesn't believe in PTO
Give fair wages to those whom it applies! Quality of work, certification and work attitude are just a few qualities not recognize and look passed for family ties and overall poor attitude towards paying workers.
An honest, accurate employee performance review, per the company policy. Raises and incentives are forbidden.
Pay was fine.. could have been better though for my experience
Raises are promised but never given
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the We before Me culture.
The middle managers are well trained to promote a team spirit.
Friendly and considerate team players

Understanding roles and responsibilities! The necessity of gravity behind the seriousness/role of supervision and leading men and women.
Be more knowledgeable for their positions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Randall Family is a great enviornment to work with its a Team effort mentality
The environment of co-workers amongst themselves. Through teamwork in the feild to sharing lunch and positive attitudes.
The HR team is great.
There is really nothing positive about working there
It is nice the facilities are suitable for work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture is to throw each other under the bus to get on the owners good side. The owner encourages this behavior as does HR
Stop with favoritism and treat everyone equally
The company needs to have a better philosophy about hiring quality people.
Have no idea at all , everything yo said to make things better they just avoid or make you think they listen

What did you like most about the interview process?
Just being able to express my professional growth plan and being given precise goals.
The recruiter is honest and professional.
The interview had good and bad, it was introduce as a positive atmosphere and reassurance of quality work. Than once inside everything flip on its head from broken promises to down right lies!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many people want input. The process was long and drawn out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just being given the tools and opportunities to succeed and be a part of being more than just status quo.
There is always a new challenge. My day is never the same.
Getting tasks completed and the atmosphere of Family and community.
Learning, growing professionally , and meeting new people and of course helping the company grow
The FAMILY atmosphere makes work life pleasant!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In the field Randall is the laughing stock! Other companies literally say good luck when working for this company. Unfortunately it cant get more self explanatory than that!
Accounting practices are out of kilter first off. Then it's just the culture and attitude of the company itself.
Pay the bills when due instead of hiding the checks in the drawers for months on end having to tell customers the checks aren't signed and which don't ever be signed until February that were wrote in October.
Sincerely the last 4 years had been a nightmare
