What needs to change to make the company culture better?The culture is to throw each other under the bus to get on the owners good side. The owner encourages this behavior as does HR
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Was paid significantly under market value and expected to be accessible 24/7. Work-life balance is non-existant. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. CEO doesn't believe in PTO
