CEO cares about professional growth among the Company.

All abour work all the tine

Immediate leadership was ok, top leadership was not

They genuinely care about each employee and are invested in seeing everyone have the opportunity to advance.

They define were they want to go and allow us to get there!

The leadership team is very responsive to questions asked and equips teams with tools needed for success. The leadership team encourages professional growth and is hands on with the personal development of employees. I enjoy working at Randall Family Companies.

What I like about the leadership team is not just they work hard to make the company successful but they also are great people to work with and they help Randall grow professionally.

The leadership at Randall is amazing as they are willing to train an employee that has the potential to move up in the company. This is a FAMILY company that is hard to find!

I consider all of the Randall team as family, through all the growing pains this company has gone through they are always there for you night or day .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, team work, stop undercutting system.

Listening to team members and subordinates

Accepting different races it seems as they are looking non white employees

Honored their words when they said that they treat employees with respect and they want to make sure they grow and achieve high level of success. Quite frankly this company don't want people to grow and have a future, they just want the job done , pay rate is horrible, fiasco and corrupt people.
