What is the best part about your compensation package?

The dental insurance is excellent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They let a third party take my biometric data after hastily impementing a new policy while threatening my family with loss of income. Its reprehensible

I have not had a proper raise or job review in 3 1/2 years.

The company pays Randstad at the least about six dollars for every hour that I work, and my wage is very low. That is mind boggling.
