Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is good at it's position, however there is always at least one bad apple in the bunch.
Approachable and open to change.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication the 'why' to huge changes such as lack of pay increases, cutting half the bonus potential and also how they plan to remain a top staffing agency when it shows that they don't value their employees.
I don't have much if any communication with my manager through Randstad. Most of communication comes directly from who I am contracted through. I don't think my manager through Randstad has any idea on what i needed for me to complete my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The dental insurance is excellent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a proper raise or job review in 3 1/2 years.
The company pays Randstad at the least about six dollars for every hour that I work, and my wage is very low. That is mind boggling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team worked hard and were dedicated to their task. They often worked overtime to complete their tasks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody works as a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to get back to focusing on Randstad employees first and foremost. Miserable employees perform poorly and are mentally checked out. We need to find a way to proper motivate employees and get them back "in the game" but actually valuing them and paying correctly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very open, in person, and was able to interview with a panel completing the process in 1-step
I liked the interview process because it was as if we were having a leisure conversation.
The interview was straightforward in the process to hire was very fast.

I like the shift that I work, and that I am paid weekly.
Collaborating with our clients to find solutions to business process and analytical challenges.

Build a group of service providers employed by the company, to provide solutions to the client rather than contract only.
