I have not had a proper raise or job review in 3 1/2 years.
Very open, in person, and was able to interview with a panel completing the process in 1-step
I don't have much if any communication with my manager through Randstad. Most of communication comes directly from who I am contracted through. I don't think my manager through Randstad has any idea on what i needed for me to complete my job.
Their hard work and team work
Randstad is an awesome staffing service to obtain your next assignment through. Rather it's short term or temp to perm, you will be satisfied with your assignment. The pay is fair, and weekly, and that is a big plus.
