What is the best part about your compensation package?

commission incentive when I get it

More Commissions to me -with RE/MAX

Review from Sales Dept

There is no compensation package

It is competitive with the market, especially when you consider the options available

Review from Sales Dept

That we get paid a good commission.

Review from Admin Dept

Having stock options added to our bonuses.

I like the options they give use when it comes to benefits and other valuable perks.

Early retirement and great benefits

The best part is the vacation time.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My compensation is fine I dont have benefits

very expensive desk fees; no training, no guidance

Receiving the actual amount agreed

Review from Sales Dept

The position was sold as being an actual consultant. Role is actually an account manager. We are overloaded with too many things to do that prevent us from creating actual consulting plans. Leadership says they are trying to alleviate the workload but instead come back with a new firedrill.

A more competitive pay would be a great start

A more competitive compensation plan compared to other real estate companies.

Review from Marketing Dept

Raise or better higher commision

Review from Admin Dept

More benefits offered even if you have to pay the whole amount

Review from Sales Dept

I feel more able and better equipped than most of my so called superiors. I feel overworked and underpaid. Two jobs, one salary.

Review from Sales Dept

Federal medical benefits For all employees

Review from Sales Dept
