Jolly bunch of people. Eases the workload.

Again communication, and responsibility. Taking initiative.

Pretty much stuff I already mentioned.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very clever, intelligent and at the same time very straight forward. It was fun. Tough, but fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel more able and better equipped than most of my so called superiors. I feel overworked and underpaid. Two jobs, one salary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Laziness to clearly present the issues at hand are detrimental to the company as a whole, which in turn affects most of us on an individual level also.
