Communication. Laziness to clearly present the issues at hand are detrimental to the company as a whole, which in turn affects most of us on an individual level also.

My compensation is fine I dont have benefits
very expensive desk fees; no training, no guidance

The position was sold as being an actual consultant. Role is actually an account manager. We are overloaded with too many things to do that prevent us from creating actual consulting plans. Leadership says they are trying to alleviate the workload but instead come back with a new firedrill.
A more competitive pay would be a great start

It all starts at the top - the office is run down and in dire need of updating
Making sure the people that ise your remax brand are honest and fair

Leadership needs to listen to the concerns of the customers, the employees and the consultants they hire to provide feedback. They need to stop rejecting ideas that go against what they have done for years.
Pretty much stuff I already mentioned.
