I get to learn and dwell on new areas regularly. My opinions about the product count and there is a lot of room to improve, change and brainstorm new ideas.
Having the opportunity to take advantage of team resources and tools, so that we can remain successful with our responsibilities.
Seeing projects go live, watching promo sales
Helping customers accomplish their goals. We work with Entrepreneurs at all points of the business. It's always great to hear from customers on their success using our platform.
While someone projects might last longer than others, there is always a good amount of variety to the workday. I never have the chance to get bored, because there is always something new and exciting to work on.
Being part of a greater good. The sky is the limit and I feel I'm playing a major role in what is going to be a great future for Realeflow.

The team. I think its hard to find people who stick around this day in age but everyone on our team has been here for anywhere from 3-12 years. Its awesome to have that kind of staff retention

Company is performing well, does not have a dependency on a single client, or board of investors, and is flexible and capable of making decisions.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Technical requirements for projects could use more definition before project's start.
