To interact and engage with employees and clients and to help make decisions that ensure our company is the best in what we do and the best to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are trained well to do their jobs and be the best they can be and to lead their teams and train them to do the same. They provide valuable input and are always looking out for the best interest of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Many people are involved in the interviewing process; from HR/Recruiting to direct supervisors to leaders throughout the organization as well as a number of executives. They are thorough in order to seek the best candidates for the positions which will ensure the company continues to be the best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always looking for ways to improve our services and company and be to be the best. They keep the staff informed on what is going on and how we are changing to conform to restrictions that are in place due to COVID-19 in order to keep their employees and clients safe during these times.
