It has been good up until the last couple of years. I think we are growing to fast and do not have the infrastructure to support the growth.

Being with my co-workers is pleasant
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Used to be personable but not so much anymore
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not formalized in anyway. The interviewers often try to sell the company to you instead of the other way around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in very long hours and weekends that often go unrecognized. 401k matching and reasonable health premiums would be a huge plus.
