I get to meet the most fascinating and knowledgeable people in this industry on a daily basis and they are fun!
What did you like most about the interview process?
How I was made to instantly feel at ease and the interview was a comfortable conversation, rather than a nerve racking question and answer session, which most interviews are like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honesty and integrity . A true family feeling from the senior staff at the top to everyone that plays a part in company, no matter what position you hold.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Customer/client focused. Helpful, always available to discuss issues with you face to face. No problem with meeting with the Boards. Their encouragement of all staff members expanding their knowledge of this industry. Mostly their honesty with all parties involved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Adaptive, encouraging, approachable and always out side of the box thinkers. True concern for their employees and the work and family balance. Recognition for a job well done, always work as a team and always fun to be around.
