Creates an amazing place to work at, collaborative spirit that is always striving to get results while having a fun time; there is a lot of psychological safety to fail.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Singularly the best company I've ever worked at. People are passionate and compassionate without being jerks. Leadership does not tolerate bad behavior from employees, and actively coach it out of people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about we are doing: we are a mission-based company. Even being fully remote, I feel connected with people throughout the company. We have virtual coffee breaks, book clubs and even game nights together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've worked at big (Amazon, etc) and other small startups. Truly some of the best benefits bar none. They take care of you, and include a lot of perks that even larger companies do not include.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy to get to work with such an amazing group of passionate people. I love the diversity we have the company; while we're not perfecting and leadership is committed to improving, it's one of the most diverse tech companies I've ever worked at. Ever.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They take care of you through the process with prompt communications. I know that hiring managers will reach out to candidates they pass on to give them feedback to help them succeed at their next interview. People just care about you, even if you are not a good fit for our company.
