Mr. Thomas L. McKeirnan has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Red Lion Hotels Corporation (the ???Company???) since February 2013. Mr. McKeirnan has been actively involved in the executive management of the Company for almost ten years, having previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2005 to February 2013. Prior to that he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from January 2004 through February 2005 and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from July 2003 to January 2004. Prior to this, he was a Partner at the Spokane, Washington law firm of Paine Hamblen Cofflin Brooke & Miller, LLP from January 2002 until July 2003 and an associate attorney at the same firm from 1999 to 2001. He served as a Director of St. Augustine Gold and Copper Limited from January 2011 to June 2015. He was also an associate attorney with the Seattle, Washington law firm of Riddell Williams P.S. from 1995 until 1999. His private legal practice has focused on corporate, transactional, real estate and securities law, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. Mr. McKeirnan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington, and a Masters of Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
