The pay is good for what we do

That's the problem , is I still have not gotten paid. 0ay day was a week and a half ago
I feel undervalued because when an employee up and quit I covered all those shifts. I was working 12 to 16 hour days six days a week when an employee quit. I did this for months. when we got a new employee and I Went back to 80 hours. I still got no raise.. Also, someone else got promoted over me
I felt very underappreciated cause I did nothing wrong to deserve what she did to me

I feel like they do not appreciate the hard work an dedication
There is no compensatory program in place& upper mgr has adopted the attitude of we are franchise& corporate can't make us offer anything so we won't. Recognize skill,experience,dedication,education& success& compensate duly instead of giving new hires with none of these traits same or more pay
I feel that way because it is apparent through the actions of the site and if I at least received minimum wage I be content
Property manager needs to stop promusing to promote emplyees to diffrent postions and turn around and hire a new person for the job
Becaue the manager is holding my last check ..
Nothing will make it better quit the money isnt worth the job and working for a manager like her
They make you work extra hard and the pay is not fair

The company does not compensate accordingly. They need to keep up with the cost of living.
