What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The whole management team is terrible. Need to start from the ground up

They got a click and half way do the work enough to get by and they protect that

they need new employees period and all employees should have to take drug test.

Extremely poor management due to Napoleon complex& dire need to be needed& unquestioned even with sheer lack of experience& unfamiliarity with protocols& standards,whether it's interpersonal,sanitary,applied standards,historical trends or employee input&experienced suggestions.Degrading to feel boss

The rooms are filthy and needs more attention.

We do not make enough money. Everyone lives in the cycle of paycheck or paycheck.
