Competitive compensation for my location but I can't speak for all, I'm not aware of how others compare to their market value.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to a conversation and feedback on literally anything. More recently they have been vulnerable and vocal about mental health which was refreshing. It's a team I trust and am proud to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are competitive but highly collaborative, we share info and connect with others to leverage the wide network available to learn from what others have tackled already. There is a culture of creative problem solving all around.
