There is nothing positive about working at Red Ventures. They keep laying off people, switched very quickly to using AI to write articles, which take hours to edit and fact-check--it would be easier and quicker for a person to do it themselves.
All employee meetings are inviting to employees of all seniorty

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the pandering and quit trying to act like you're everyone's parents. We're employees, not your family and we don't need or care for being constantly bombarded with your woke views.
Just nature of the business - dealing with customers and back-to-back nature of phone calls was very taxing and stressful - but as a whole felt company wanted to make experience balance out. (Never moved off phones so can't comment on if had moved up.)
