Thanks for making the hard decisions and requiring vaccination for return to office.

We celebrate small wins just as much as big wins. Leadership always has your back, but will also point out your opportunities. They help you improve your areas of opportunity instead of just telling you what they are.

They have done a great job during Covid -19

Open to a conversation and feedback on literally anything. More recently they have been vulnerable and vocal about mental health which was refreshing. It's a team I trust and am proud to work for.

VP yet has no prior experience in the work that we do. Promoted and moved to team in leadership capacity a couple of years ago because. Does not take the time to acquire knowledge and expertise in area or trust the team who is actually doing the work.

Too competitive enviroment make it more welcoming and team building.

More staff engagement and less stress. The company offers lots of aminities, but we are often to upset and stressed to use them.
