VP yet has no prior experience in the work that we do. Promoted and moved to team in leadership capacity a couple of years ago because. Does not take the time to acquire knowledge and expertise in area or trust the team who is actually doing the work.
Too competitive enviroment make it more welcoming and team building.
More staff engagement and less stress. The company offers lots of aminities, but we are often to upset and stressed to use them.
Bonuses are only available to directors and above.
We are paid below market average. Claims to be a "pay for performance" culture, yet metrics are less valued in reviews, instead biased towards subjective feelings about employees.
More purposeful meetings

Stop the pandering and quit trying to act like you're everyone's parents. We're employees, not your family and we don't need or care for being constantly bombarded with your woke views.
Just nature of the business - dealing with customers and back-to-back nature of phone calls was very taxing and stressful - but as a whole felt company wanted to make experience balance out. (Never moved off phones so can't comment on if had moved up.)
