What do you like best about the leadership team?
Technically my manager is on sabbatical, and the CEO has taken over as my manager. Our communication is quite strong, and frequent.
They are thoughtful and easy to talk to
Everyone is approachable and easy to talk to. They get back to me on questions and with feedback regularly to help keep me on track
They genuinely seem to care about the employees, and have a good vision for the future of the company.
They're all invested in the company growth and are super transparent about what they're planning to do to contribute to it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Some compensation details are still TBD, since I'm new and we are post-merger

I can afford to live comfortably and do whatever I want while working at a place where the work is fun and the people are nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Members of the team are always willing to go above and beyond to help each other out.
Enjoy working with them, and the produce some really great work. Some dev can be slow, but again that is expected since we are merging companies, teams, and tools.
The team is small but works quickly and effectively. They also play frisbee once a week!
Redbooth's team is full of extremely intelligent people.
Everyone's super friendly. I always feel comfortable interacting with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Regular celebrations of personal achievements, company milestones and team wins. There are at least 3 times a week the team convenes as a whole group, whether it's around the lunch table, tossing a frisbee at the park on Thursdays or at an end-of-week happy hour welcoming or birthday party.
Strong and supportive team, regular meetings where we can be open and evaluate our work
Everyone in the company eats lunch together on a picnic bench outside the office. It's a pretty nice way to get to talk with everyone
Redbooth's culture is very friendly and laid back. Everyone gets along, so the non-work activities we do are always fun.
The work culture is really chill. The company does not enforce PTO or work from home limits at all, but work still gets done.

Working closely on the product, and helping our customers.
I really enjoy my job and working with my team.
We all work hard, but I don't feel overworked. We get a lot done together.
When I act on a tangentially related idea that becomes a hit with the rest of my coworkers.
Frisbee, espresso machine, catered lunch, and hanging with co-workers

More attention could be paid to employees and overall company morale.
