What do you like best about the leadership team?
Dave Gentry is a fearless and imaginative leader with an amazing sense of humor. He's an old pro who knows the industry inside and out. The RedChip team is a powerful, talented force.

The best part about my compensation package is the cold and hard and very abundant cash.

CEO Dave Gentry knows how to laugh AND how to lay down the law. We are a well-oiled machine, laughing our way to prosperity.

What did you like most about the interview process?
CEO Dave Gentry had a clear vision for what he wanted, and he quickly saw that I totally fit the bill. Dave laid it on the line and was very blunt and we were both happy that I had made the cut, and I had the satisfaction of knowing that I'd really and truly made the cut. No faking!
