Executive Bio

Ms. Bridget Frey has been the Chief Technology Officer of Redfin Corporation since February 2015. Ms. Frey leads the software engineering team, which she has grown to more than 150 engineers in Seattle and San Francisco. She is a thought leader on issues facing women in technology. Ms. Frey served as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Redfin Corporation from September 2014 to February 2015 and served as its Vice President of Seattle Engineering. Ms. Frey managed the flow of data in Redfin's architecture. Prior to Redfin, Ms. Frey served as Director of Analytics & Business Applications for Lithium Technologies, where she was responsible for applications and tools used to manage, moderate, measure, explore and grow online communities using Lithium's flagship Social CRM product. While at IntrinsiQ, she founded the analytics team, which processed data from 300 source databases into a single data warehouse and then displayed that data in a dashboard of insights. In addition, she has held management positions at two other start-ups: IMlogic and Plumtree Software. She was recently named to the Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 list. Ms. Frey was graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in computer science.
