What's the work from home policy like at ReferralExchange?
The majority of employees are not permitted to work from home. There are certain positions, however, that do allow for this from time to time. Generally, the management team prefers everyone on a team to be together and work as a team, this promotes collaboration.
What's the office layout like at ReferralExchange?
No cubicles. Everyone sits at a desk in an open floor plan, the space is open to promote collaboration.!
Does ReferralExchange have any remote positions?
No remote positions. We work closely in teams in one of our four offices.
