They can get better quality with friendlier people across the street at the competition

Knowing that the people that work in the field are the ones who bring in the money, not just pawns to play with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commissionable split? Employee sick days? Have enough people on so i don't cut 5 people an hour then get yelled at because my cph is too high.
