I've been with them 24 years. Although it isn't for everyone, I truly believe that overall it is a great place to work.

They help and support each other whenever and where ever they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We train and develop our stylists and encourage continuing education for them as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The individual time and attention but also being asked to interview with many different people with vastly different personalities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with all the different stores I get to visit. I love showing them how to "play" within the confines of our techniques.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are approachable and down to earth. If they don't have an answer, they do their best to get one. And they encourage their team to support each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No where else in our industry do stylists get paid holidays and vacations, points given on anniversaries to get tools and equipment, flexible schedules, and opportunity for both professional and personal growth.
